Host, Reporter & Video Journalist,   April 2015 - 2018
Hosts a live one-hour studio show called “Sports On One, The Last Word”.  The show included interviewing live studio guests, presenting highlights, taking live callers and offer commentary on New York City and nationally related professional and amateur sports teams.  Operate cameras in the field and edit my own content.

Key Accomplishments:
Co-hosted live coverage in New York City of the U.S. Women’s World Cup Championship Parade.
Live reports and coverage of the Stanley Cup Hockey, NBA and NFL playoffs (NY Giants and NY Jets)

On Camera Host for LIVE@theopen, Aug. 2008 – Sept. 2008
Hosted a series of  118 five to ten minute live Internet shows, focused on The 2008 US Open Tennis Championships. Interviewed the world’s top tennis players, analysts, fans, and celebrities, creating engaging and captivating segments.

Key Accomplishments:
Prepared for on-air shows and participated in post-on-air activities, including production meetings, research, and training sessions. The entire series was done without the use of a teleprompter, interruptible foldback (IFB), or monitors.

WHYY TV 12, Wilmington, DE
News/Sports Reporter, Sept. 2008 – Jul. 2010
Covered local news and sporting events.  Scheduled governmental meetings and breaking news stories. Originated and developed stories for broadcast, focusing on professional, college, and high school sports in the Delaware Valley area.

Key Accomplishments:
Wrote, produced and presented news stories, developing sources and contributing story ideas at daily editorial meetings, ensuring that all stories were presented in a clear, concise and easy to understand manner. Covered the 2008 Presidential campaign, during President Obama’s historic run to the white house, in addition to covering the Delaware Gubernatorial campaign/elections

Served as an on-camera host for live events, while effectively engaging the audience and delivering key analysis on stories, players and leagues. Ability to read off-script and ad-lib.

Studio Host for weekly magazine show, Drive Magazine, about the Philadelphia 76ers.  The host of Eagles Locker Room, a weekly video magazine geared toward the Philadelphia Eagles.  Live reports and coverage of the Stanley Cup Hockey, NBA, and NFL playoffs. Courtside reporter for live NBA GAME broadcasts and rinkside reporter for live NHL Games. Reported live from sporting events, working directly with News Director and News Producers on rundown development

WPVI TV6 ACTION NEWS, Philadelphia, PA
Sports Anchor, Reporter, Host, Jul. 1990 – Jul. 2005
Produced, edited, and anchored the sports segment for the nightly and weekend news, reporting on local sports teams and major sporting events. Generated local sports stories and developed contacts within the local sports industry.

Key Accomplishments:
Live reports and coverage of the Stanley Cup Hockey, NBA, and NFL playoffs.  Gathered, wrote, recorded, edited, and delivered sports content and provided live coverage when breaking sports news occurred, effectively establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions Performed live interviews, writing clear and accurate copy, and utilizing extensive knowledge of sports and local sports teams.

Covered the 1986 World Series between the Red-Sox and Mets several, Boston Celtic NBA Titles, Superbowl XX when the Walter Payton and the Bears Crushed the Patriots. Uconns 1990 Run of the NCAA College Basketball Championship.
